We are a Western Australian provider extending into South East Queensland, and we would rather be upfront about what that means than imply a presence we have not built yet.

Where we have a local support worker, you get exactly the same service as our Southwest WA clients: consistent carer matching, no lock-in contracts, and coordinators who answer the phone.
Where we do not yet have someone in your area, we will tell you that at the first conversation rather than taking a referral we cannot service properly.
Getting a straight answer
Call or make a referral with your suburb and the type of support you are after. You will get a realistic answer about availability and timing — including “not yet” if that is the truth.

Our registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, our worker screening requirements and our complaints process apply nationally, not just in WA.
