Terms & Conditions

The terms governing use of the Sewa Care Australia website, and how they relate to our service agreements.

Last updated

This document is under review. It accurately describes our current practices, but has not yet been reviewed by a legal practitioner. If anything here is unclear or appears wrong, pleasetell us — we would rather fix it than leave it.

These terms govern your use of the Sewa Care Australia website at sewacareshub.com.au. By using this site you accept them.

These website terms are not your service agreement. If you receive supports from us, the terms of that arrangement are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and Sewa Care Australia. Where the two differ, your service agreement prevails.

About this website

This site provides general information about our services and a way to contact us or make a referral. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your circumstances.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, call 000.

Enquiries and referrals

Submitting a form does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee we can provide support. Whether we can take a referral depends on our capacity, your location and whether we can safely meet your needs. We will tell you honestly if we cannot.

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. If you submit information about another person, you confirm you are entitled to do so and, where required, that they have consented.

Accuracy of information

We keep the content of this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Service availability, service areas and response times change.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

Your obligations

When using this site you must not:

  • submit false, misleading or malicious information
  • submit another person’s information without authority
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
  • use the site to send spam, or to harvest contact details
  • interfere with the site’s operation or security

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design and branding of this site are owned by Sewa Care Australia or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for personal or non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or republish material commercially without our written permission.

Third-party marks, including the NDIS logo, remain the property of their owners.

This site links to external sites, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and other government resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in relation to this website is limited to re-supplying the information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Complaints

If you have a concern about our services, see our feedback and complaints page. Raising a complaint will never affect your supports.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
