  • NDIS Funded

Being a registered provider means we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards — on worker screening, on incident management, on how we handle your information, and on your right to complain without it affecting your support.

Supports we deliver

We work across core supports and capacity building. In practice that means someone reliable turning up to help with daily activities, getting you to the things you want to do, and building the skills that make you less reliant on paid support over time — which is the actual point of the scheme.

Your rights

You choose who supports you. If a worker is not the right fit, you can ask for a different one and we will not make it awkward. You can raise a concern with us directly, or go straight to the NDIS Commission — both routes are set out on our feedback and complaints page.

Common questions

NDIS Support Services — FAQs

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Sewa Care Australia is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which means we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and participants with agency-managed funding can use us.

Can you take plan-managed and self-managed participants?

Yes, all three management types. Plan managers can invoice us directly; self-managed participants are invoiced in whatever cycle suits them.

What if my plan does not have enough funding for what I need?

Tell us early. We will be straight with you about what your funding realistically covers, help you prioritise, and document what is happening so your next plan review reflects your actual support needs.
