Staying at home is what most people want as they get older. The difficulty is rarely one big thing — it is the accumulation of small ones. Showering becomes harder. Cooking a proper meal feels like too much effort. The washing piles up.
Our home care service exists to take those things off your plate without taking away your independence. You decide what you want help with and what you would rather keep doing yourself. We fit around your routine, not the other way around.
How it works
Support is built around a plan we write with you, not for you. That plan covers what happens on each visit, how long the visit runs, and who is coming. It is reviewed whenever your needs change — and you can adjust your schedule at any time.
Every support worker who enters your home holds a current National Police Clearance and has completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module before they meet you.

Do I need a Home Care Package to use this service?
No. We support Home Care Package recipients, NDIS participants and private paying clients. If you are not sure what you are eligible for, we will talk it through with you at no cost and point you in the right direction.
Will I get the same carer each visit?
That is the goal, and it is one of the things we are strict about. We match you with a consistent support worker so you are not re-explaining your routine to a stranger every week. If your regular carer is unwell or on leave we will tell you in advance wherever possible.
How quickly can support start?
Most new clients have support in place within 24 to 48 hours of their first call. If your situation is urgent, say so when you contact us.
